Terms & Conditions:
1.1 Delivery – Delivery is included in the prices featured for each product, which is for UK delivery only. Unfortunately we can not offer delivery for countries outside of the UK through our website. However if you wish for our products to be delivered to somewhere outside of the UK please contact us via email@example.com . Time of delivery will be at the discretion of the delivery firm used and Panther Brewery will do everything it can to try and ensure that items that arrive outside of the 3-5 days recommended delivery time are chased up with the delivery company. For items damaged in transit please refer to our refund policy . If a delivery is received in a damaged state, Panther Brewery suggests that every care is taken as their may be broken glass which may cause injury or harm.

2. Prices & Payment
2.1 We only accept secure payments made through Paypal, credit and debit cards are not accepted through our website.
2.2 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and related to single or multiple cases of 12x500ml bottles. The prices include applicable Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise specified. All delivery charges are included.
2.3 Description and price of the goods. We make every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. The price of the goods will be as shown on the checkout page of our website when you placed your order. This amount will be charged to the card or account selected. In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before shipping your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1 It is illegal to purchase and consume alcohol if you are not 18 years of age or above, by making a purchase of alcohol from our website you are confirming that you are of legal age to do so and the recipient of the purchase is too of legal age to consume alcohol.
3.2 If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the products is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products.
3.3 Once your purchase has been delivered it is entirely your responsibility to abide by the law and to not distribute the alcohol to any minors.
4.1 You may cancel your order for any reason at any time within 14 working days of receiving the purchase.
4.2 In order to cancel your order you must contact us immediately via email@example.com or by contacting us on 07766558215.
4.3 We shall reimburse the price of the products within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.
5. Returns Policy
5.1 If some or all of the bottles in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
5.2 You must notify us of all products which are due to be returned for any of the reasons stated in this clause within 14 working days from delivery of the products. To do so you must contact us in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.3 Products being returned (returns as the result of a cancellation included) must be sufficiently packaged or returned in their original packaging to avoid damage. The cost of returning the product(s) is at the customer’s own expense, when in regard to a cancellation.
5.4 Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or falsely described goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
