A New Year In Full Swing

So Christmas has been and gone, I’m sure everyone may well have had one too many mince pies and one too many ales. With this time of year being our quietest we’ve taken the opportunity to get creative! Using traditional techniques we have been experimenting to accomplish a completely rounded ale for the the palate and nose, see if you can tell the difference!
