It has been a busy summer here at Panther HQ . Let’s hope the autumn brings late sunshine and to mark the change in season we will be launching our latest ale “AUTUMN RYE”. It is a 4.8% ABV Bitter and we have used the finest Maris Otter barley and a good dosage of Rye to give it additional flavour and colour. This is our latest addition to our very popular seasonal ale range and we have again generously hopped the ale with a new set of hops including Comet, Citra, Columbus and Chinook. The combination of these malts and hops gave us a traditional nutty, spicy, cripsy malty bitter taste and lots of fruity loveliness. Let us know what you think of it when you prowl the Norfolk pubs. Many pubs have pre-ordered and it will be available from the beginning of September in a Norfolk pub near you. It looks like we will be brewing this Autumn Rye many times before we switch this seasonal ale to our new Porter for winter.
