Brewers thoughts

We have been to a few Christmas markets recently and were pleased with the response from those who tasted and bought our ale. Our Christmas ale, the Black Panther Whisky Cask Reserve (Oak Aged Ale) has gone down particularly well and there are only a few left, so get down quickly to the brewery shop to avoid disappointment. Plenty of ale in boxes for Christmas and New Year- try out wooden boxes which look very cool.
What is new for 2012? Panther brewery is now pleased to support the Fresh Ale Bag Technology Ltd. Fresh Ale Bags (FABs, Patent Pending) allow the real ale to stay fresh for longer once opened (minimum of 3 months) which has always been a problem with conventional casks (5-6 days). We believe this innovation will allow us to expand our business and provide a greater choice of ales for you when visiting pubs and retailers. Our ales will now be available at the Bull in Litcham. Both the Bull and The Shed, Wroxham (www.theshedwroxham.co.uk, over 50 Real Ales) will be used to test the FABs in a working environment.
